Position Summary

As a Security Solutions Architect at Expanse, you will be an integral part of the team supporting pre-sales and customers across Fortune 1000 companies. Central to this role will be the operationalization of Expanse. Bringing Expanse’s unmatched visibility to multiple security and IT operations products. You will use Expanse’s internal engineering tools to analyze data and deliver insights to customer via our API and applications. You will be a ‘data diver’ who uses multiple tools and information sources to find unknown vulnerabilities and exposures across the global internet.

This role can be based in our offices in Atlanta, DC, New York, or San Francisco.

What You’ll Do

• Advise customers on best practices for integrating security products and data.
• Scope and develop v1 integrations of Expanse data into security products.
• Deliver integrations, including customer-facing support for install and confirmation of value.
• Support sales by mapping out new networks and generating pitch decks.
• Develop new internal tools to derive insights from Expanse’s vast understanding of Internet connected devices.
• Collaborate with internal Data Science, Engineering, and Cyber Risk teams to support sales engagements and integrations.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, engineering, or computer science required.
• 7+ years experience in a security-related function. 
• Experience developing in Python is required.
• Experience developing solutions with the use of APIs, connecting applications, etc. is highly desired.
• Strong communicator with the ability to distill technical findings into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to creatively solve technical problems, and work collaboratively within a team (both in-office and remote).
• Ability to travel.
