Lead and scale Datadog's Forward Deployed Engineering program: define operating model, build FDE offerings, hire and develop engineers, capture field product feedback, run lightweight engineering sprints to create reusable assets, and partner with Sales/SE/Customer Success to drive customer deployments and measure impact on adoption and ARR.

Lead technical due diligence and product/architecture evaluations for M&A in AI, cloud, and security. Scope and run POCs and sandbox tests, assess risks and integration paths, advise C-level leadership, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Security to drive transactions to close.

Partner with Field and Product teams to design and implement LLM observability architectures, build proofs-of-concept, produce technical collateral, and advise customers to drive adoption and product feedback.
