Own strategy, design, and execution of Vercel's global benefits across 30+ countries. Evaluate a U.S. self-insured plan, manage vendors and EOR partners, lead open enrollment, control benefits budgeting and compliance, and build scalable processes and systems.

Partner with C-suite and G&A leaders to design workforce strategies, lead talent reviews, coaching, performance management, org design, employee relations, compliance, and people-data driven improvements during high-growth scaling.
