Lead and build Eve's People function end-to-end: talent development, performance, compensation, People operations, compliance, and culture. Partner with executives on org strategy and workforce planning, design career frameworks and compensation strategy, manage employee relations and engagement, and implement scalable People systems and processes across multi-state operations.
