The Director will lead the Systems and Process Engineering team, optimize business processes, manage technology acquisitions, and drive efficiency within the Technical Solutions organization at Datadog. Responsibilities include developing tech stack architecture, overseeing system upgrades, managing budget, and improving processes using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.

Design and build scalable applications on the Salesforce platform while collaborating with product managers and customers. Ensure high application uptime and participate in integrations. Create technical documentation and contribute to engineering excellence, leveraging extensive experience with Apex and Lightning.
