Use data and experimentation to improve authorization rates, latency, reconciliation, merchant satisfaction, and funding accuracy while mentoring teams and communicating decisions to executives.

Develop and launch digitally originated consumer and small-business lending products from strategy through pilot and scaling. Design low-friction origination and credit decisioning experiences, partner with risk and credit teams, establish pricing and product economics, define success metrics, run experiments, and monitor portfolio performance. Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, legal, compliance, operations, finance, and vendors while applying AI responsibly and maintaining fair-lending and regulatory standards.

The Senior Product Partnerships Manager will own strategic product partnerships, manage integrations, negotiate terms, and ensure successful product launches.

Own Baselayer’s product strategy as its first dedicated Senior Product Manager. Define and scope zero-to-one products for new verticals, write PRDs and wireframes, prioritize the existing roadmap, and drive execution across engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, and growth.
