As the VP of Product - Video Experience & Delivery, you will define the video content delivery roadmap and customer experience for video across all platforms and geographies. You will lead the video strategy for the streaming platform and develop product roadmaps to implement that vision. This position requires expertise in video playback, product management, and streaming services.

As a Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager at Crunchyroll, you will be responsible for executing omnichannel CRM campaigns, ensuring operational processes, managing audience segments, and providing technical solutions to improve campaign delivery. You will work closely with the Lifecycle Marketing team lead and report to the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Operations.

Lead a data engineering team, manage data infrastructure, align development strategies with business objectives, implement database systems and services, build scalable and fault-tolerant data systems, and ensure data security and performance. Experience with cloud platforms, performance monitoring, and video streaming services is a plus.

Lead deployments, optimize implementations, handle integrations, and build successful partnerships with partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operations, define new solutions, and deploy new initiatives.
