Findem, a Bay Area-based AI talent platform, is acquiring Glider AI, a skills validation provider, to create an end-to-end hiring solution that delivers pre-qualified, hire-ready candidates.

In an announcement on Thursday, Findem said its talent discovery capabilities will be combined with Glider AI’s tools for skills assessment, automated interviews and identity verification. The integrated platform will help companies source and verify candidates before they reach hiring teams, streamlining the recruitment process.

The acquisition positions Findem to challenge the global staffing market by consolidating functions that are typically spread across multiple vendors into a single system. By directly connecting talent with staffing firms and enterprise employers, the platform aims to reduce supplier costs and enable organizations to focus more on their core business operations.

In addition, Findem said it’s rolling out a pricing model tied to hiring outcomes.
