Drive AI-forward automation, mentor operators, and continuously reduce manual work to enable efficient onboarding, support, and care delivery at scale.

Lead end-to-end mobile development for iOS and Android, building resilient, intuitive caregiver-focused experiences. Implement offline-first patterns, robust testing frameworks, observability, and partner cross-functionally to improve performance, reliability, and release quality.

Build and productionize AI-powered agents, copilots, and workflows for home care. Responsibilities include prototyping, dataset preparation, model evaluation, backend and API development, data pipelines, monitoring, and collaborating with product, clinical, and operations teams to iterate on real-world usage and move prototypes to reliable production.

Lead expansion efforts to launch Abby Care in new geographies by building and executing an expansion playbook, defining KPIs, designing scalable processes, and partnering with operations, clinical, and product teams. Drive operational excellence, experiment on growth processes, manage on-the-ground operations, and balance patient experience with regulatory requirements to scale services to thousands of families.

Lead state-level policy and Medicaid research to enable market launches; maintain a living state policy library and competitive intelligence; source acquisition partners; prepare Medicaid applications; deliver launch readiness assessments and flag regulatory risks to inform expansion strategy.

Design, build, and deliver full-stack product features from concept to launch. Collaborate with product, operations, clinical, and compliance teams to translate operational needs into reliable implementations, maintain cloud infrastructure and data security, and contribute to greenfield AI-driven systems to improve in-home caregiving.
