Drive execution of an omnichannel roadmap across engineering, product, supply chain, and retail operations. The Enterprise Sales Manager will drive new logo acquisition, manage the full-cycle sales process, and present AI solutions to C-level executives, collaborating with internal teams to build and close quality pipeline deals.

Design, develop, maintain, and customize Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions. Reverse engineer legacy codebases, integrate ClaimCenter with external systems through SOAP and REST APIs, and ensure scalability, performance, and reliability. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, contribute to upgrades and migrations, and collaborate with business analysts, architects, and developers. The role requires strong Guidewire, Java, Spring Boot, Gosu, data model, and integration expertise, with DevOps, cloud, and front-end experience preferred.

Design, build, and deploy AI-powered Salesforce Agentforce and Service Cloud solutions. Integrate Agentforce with CRM, Knowledge, Data Cloud and enterprise systems; implement Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, APIs; ensure security, testing, deployment, and performance; collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions.
