Preprocess unstructured text, apply prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG with vector databases, use orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex), deploy scalable model APIs, monitor production, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Lead design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions focused on CPQ, Core Salesforce, and Experience Cloud. Provide technical leadership, define development standards, translate stakeholder requirements into architecture, oversee implementations, integrations, and customizations, identify risks and mitigations, and drive continuous improvement aligned with Salesforce best practices.

Design, build, and deploy AI-powered Salesforce Agentforce and Service Cloud solutions. Integrate Agentforce with CRM, Knowledge, Data Cloud and enterprise systems; implement Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, APIs; ensure security, testing, deployment, and performance; collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI-driven solutions.
