Lead architecture and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce promotions and loyalty systems. Design promotions frameworks, tiered loyalty models, integrations (APIs, SSO, MuleSoft), omnichannel experiences, and governance. Drive discovery workshops, produce architecture and sequence diagrams, support QA/UAT and deployments, and partner with marketing, product, and engineering stakeholders to operationalize scalable, secure engagement solutions.

The Technical Program Manager will manage Salesforce programs and metrics, enabling solutions for sales and revenue teams while leading cross-functional collaboration and reporting.

Serve as executive owner of strategic enterprise accounts, driving revenue, margin, and delivery excellence. Build CxO relationships, lead complex deals, manage P&L, oversee delivery, and execute multi-year account growth strategies for AI, data, cloud, and engineering services.
