Free from legacy constraints, we focus on delivering measurable business outcomes through advanced AI, data, and engineering capabilities. Our mission is to operationalize AI at scale and unlock sustained enterprise value.

Our offerings span AI solutions, data services, enterprise applications, and product engineering, tailored to industry-specific needs across healthcare, life sciences, telecom, retail, financial services, and technology. By leveraging design thinking and technology-agnostic architectures, we ensure faster time-to-value and seamless interoperability.

Our vision is clear: to build intelligent, connected ecosystems that deliver measurable outcomes and redefine the future of enterprise transformation.

We are seeking a seasoned Client Partner to serve as the executive owner of one or more strategic enterprise accounts. This is a high-impact, revenue-owning leadership role requiring deep industry knowledge, a strong executive network, and a proven track record of selling complex technology services into large enterprises.

The Client Partner is responsible for end-to-end account performance — including revenue growth, margin expansion, delivery excellence, and long-term client satisfaction. You will operate as a trusted advisor to CxO and senior executive stakeholders, driving AI, data, and digital transformation initiatives while ensuring strong financial outcomes for Accellor.

This role requires gravitas, commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise ecosystems to create sustained, profitable growth.

Responsibilities

Account Ownership & Financial Accountability

  • Own full P&L responsibility for assigned enterprise accounts with proven experience of nurturing and growing the account over multiple years.
  • Drive revenue growth, operating margin performance, and long-term account profitability.
  • Lead forecasting, pipeline development, and strategic account planning.
  • Monitor and improve project margins through disciplined governance and delivery oversight.
  • Conduct regular financial and operational reviews with delivery, finance, and executive leadership teams.

Revenue Growth & Tech Services Sales

  • Identify, qualify, and close new, renewal, and expansion opportunities across AI, data, cloud, and digital engineering portfolios.
  • Develop and execute multi-year account growth strategies aligned to client business priorities.
  • Leverage deep industry networks to expand executive relationships and uncover transformation initiatives.
  • Lead complex deal cycles, including executive presentations, proposal strategy, and commercial negotiations.
  • Position Accellor as a strategic transformation partner — not a commodity services vendor.

Executive Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain strong CxO, EVP, SVP, and VP-level relationships.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on digital strategy, AI adoption, and enterprise modernization.
  • Navigate matrixed client organizations to align stakeholders and drive consensus.
  • Proactively manage client satisfaction, risk mitigation, and escalation resolution.
  • Delivery Oversight & Client Satisfaction
  • Ensure flawless execution across all service lines within the account.
  • Partner closely with practice and delivery leaders to maintain high-quality outcomes.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive steering committees.
  • Drive innovation agendas and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a client-facing role or account leadership role in the IT professional services or management consulting firm, preferably managing clients in the high-tech vertical
  • Experience leading diverse teams and collaborating in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong experience with the global service delivery model, preferably in a delivery/consulting background, and the ability to articulate and present technical solutions to clients
  • A strong relationship-oriented mindset and demonstrated capabilities in building and sustaining CxO, EVP/SVP & VP-level relationships
  • Ability to navigate a large organization, work in a multi-dimensional matrix, and have the power of persuasion through content and confidence
  • In-depth understanding of business problem domain, technology, and services solution domains
  • Strategic thinking and the confidence and ability to plan ahead and stay the course
  • Strong executive presence and gravitas, leadership skills, and demonstrated capabilities of being a thought leader
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client management skills are essential
  • Ability to manage a client P&L of at least $10m, including reporting and metric assessment for the account
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience; MBA preferred
