Lead vision and roadmap for Airbnb search, driving AI-powered, conversational, and personalized search experiences. Partner with engineering, applied ML, design, and data science to prototype, ship, and validate features using quantitative analysis and A/B testing. Translate ambiguous user problems into prioritized product requirements and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders while ensuring fair inventory surfacing.

Lead strategy and execution for technical learning programs (AI, ML, data, engineering). Design and deliver synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences, manage events and logistics, partner with SMEs and senior leaders, measure program effectiveness, scale processes and documentation, and create training materials and assets to drive technical capability and community across the organization.

Serve as the dedicated compensation partner for Airbnb's Technology organization, advising senior tech leaders on offers, leveling, equity and market strategy. Own compensation cycle execution, benchmarking, model and tool development (including AI-powered tools), build dashboards, provide market intelligence for AI/ML roles, and enable managers through analyses and presentations.
