Leads global Ortho channel marketing strategy, brand positioning, segmentation, integrated campaign development, and communications across paid, owned, and earned channels. Translates customer, market, competitive, and clinical insights into differentiated value propositions and go-to-market strategies. Partners with global and regional commercial, clinical, analytics, product marketing, and education teams while managing agencies and budgets to drive doctor acquisition, engagement, utilization, and long-term growth.

Partners with Product, Engineering, and Clinical leaders on ROI analysis, portfolio metrics, business cases, operating plans, forecasts, and financial reporting. Reviews expenses, resource allocations, purchase requisitions, contracts, and reconciliations while providing insights to improve product and technology roadmaps. Builds executive presentations, supports financial management, and coordinates the Finance team calendar.

Provide commercial legal support as a strategic partner: draft, negotiate, and review contracts; review marketing and promotional materials for compliance; counsel and train business partners; coach junior legal staff; ensure contract management and policy compliance; and conduct legal research as needed.

Lead Align’s international tax function covering compliance, transfer pricing, US international tax provision, planning, controversy, M&A tax support, and process improvement. Partner cross-functionally to shape global tax strategy, manage audits, drive automation and AI initiatives, and optimize tax outcomes for global operations.
