Lead design, development, and maintenance of enterprise financial reporting, data pipelines, and analytics solutions. Support financial close through data reconciliation, validate and monitor data flows, build OneStream and Power BI reporting, troubleshoot integrations, run testing and UAT, provide production support and training, and collaborate with finance and IT to improve reporting and data integrity.

Lead Align’s international tax function covering compliance, transfer pricing, US international tax provision, planning, controversy, M&A tax support, and process improvement. Serve as primary stakeholder contact, provide training to investigators and site staff, and resolve study issues to meet project objectives.

Lead and improve site-level Quality Management System (QMS) activities in a regulated medical device environment. Support CAPA, nonconformance, internal audits, document control, training, management review, and inspection readiness. Drive cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives, analyze quality performance data, author and maintain quality documentation, and coach stakeholders. Participate in multi-site harmonization and global QMS projects to strengthen compliance and effectiveness.

Lead architecture, design, development, and debugging of embedded firmware across the product lifecycle. Develop device drivers, middleware, and real-time low-power wireless solutions (BLE, Wi‑Fi). Drive hardware-software integration, verification/validation, manufacturing support, reliability testing, and root-cause analysis. Mentor junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, secure, high-performance products.

Lead paid social and cross-channel performance marketing: media buying, testing, optimization, and reporting. Partner with Creative, Analytics, and Agency teams to drive acquisition, ROI, and full-funnel growth using data, GA4, and AI-powered marketing tools.

Provide commercial legal support as a strategic partner: draft, negotiate, and review contracts; review marketing and promotional materials for compliance; counsel and train business partners; coach junior legal staff; ensure contract management and policy compliance; and conduct legal research as needed.

Lead end-to-end data science within R&D: extract and analyze clinical and operational data, build and validate advanced ML/AI and LLM-integrated solutions, translate insights for stakeholders, mentor teams, and drive product innovation for Invisalign.

Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, SA360, and Microsoft Advertising. Execute keyword, audience, bidding, ad copy, budget, and negative keyword strategies. Analyze performance (CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS), build dashboards, run A/B tests, partner with analytics/creative/CRM teams, and support product launches to drive qualified leads and conversions.

Lead design, build, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines, sandbox databases, and analytics dashboards. Investigate and resolve complex data discrepancies, perform ETL/ELT, data modeling, and performance tuning using Databricks, Starburst, Kafka, SQL, and Python. Partner cross-functionally, enforce data governance, document processes, and mentor team members to support research prototyping and business insights.
