Own end-to-end customer deployments of applied AI agents: scope integrations, configure and tune playbook/signals/automation/voice agents, run demos and trainings, partner with account executives, and drive product feedback and expansion across enterprise customers.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle: identify and engage prospects, run discovery and evaluations, negotiate and close deals. Develop deep customer expertise, translate operational problems into business cases, generate pipeline, and influence product and GTM strategy through field insights.

As the first member of the Strategy & Operations team, you'll refine go-to-market strategies, generate demand, manage customer onboarding, and support operational scaling.
