Own the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts: identify and engage prospects, run discovery and evaluations, negotiate and close. Manage high-velocity, concurrent deals, generate pipeline, translate customer operational problems into business cases, and inform product and GTM strategy.
Alpharun is an applied AI company helping enterprises in mortgage, insurance, and healthcare drive sales. Our platform turns the behaviors of top sellers into AI Playbooks, coaches every rep against those standards, and deploys autonomous voice agents to execute repeatable workflows.
We've grown 10x in the past 6 months, and are growing our GTM team to meet demand.
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle, from identifying and engaging prospects through discovery, evaluation, negotiation, and close. You'll run a high-velocity motion across a broad book of mid-market accounts, managing multiple active deals at once and moving them quickly from first touch to signature.
This is a high-autonomy role for someone who wants to sell a transformative product, not simply inherit a playbook. You'll develop deep expertise in our customers' businesses, translate operational problems into compelling business cases, and help shape our product and go-to-market strategy through what you learn in the field.
- Team: We're a tight-knit, ambitious team working together in our San Francisco office five days a week. Our founders, Paul and Henry Dornier, are twins and second-time founders who previously sold their first company to Front, where they helped the company grow from $10M to $100M in revenue.
- Rapid growth: Revenue has grown over 10x in the past 6 months, with best-in-class deal velocity.
- Category-defining product: You'll sell at the intersection of AI, revenue performance, workforce enablement, and customer-experience automation.
- Ownership: As an early member of the sales team, you'll have meaningful influence over our customers, go-to-market strategy, and the company we build.
This role is intense but immensely rewarding - ideal for someone with exceptional ambition, a bias toward action, and a desire to build an enduring enterprise company.
- 2+ years of quota-carrying B2B software sales experience, ideally in a full-cycle closing role.
- A consistent record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- The ability to generate your own pipeline rather than relying exclusively on inbound demand.
- The organization and urgency to run a high-velocity motion - managing many concurrent deals without letting any slip.
- Deep curiosity about AI and the ability to become fluent in a technical, rapidly evolving product.
- A track record of succeeding in environments with significant ambiguity, autonomy, and accountability.
- Extreme ambition and high expectations of yourself and the people around you.
If you don't meet every qualification but resonate deeply with our mission and approach to building, we strongly encourage you to apply. We value aptitude, ambition, and learning velocity above all.
