Lead AMER Customer Success operations: design scalable post-sales processes, build predictive forecasting and early-warning systems, drive pipeline performance, partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver data-driven insights to executive leadership to reduce churn and enable expansion.

Lead incubation and scale of global technology, data/AI, and cloud partnerships. Build and run Partner Apps and SI/Managed Services models, translate strategies into GTM plays, hire and lead a global partner team, and drive partner-sourced revenue and joint solutions.
