Teams at Ando (ando.so)

Ando invites candidates with unconventional backgrounds, skills, experiences, or ideas to describe their previous roles and propose how they could contribute to the company. This is an open-ended talent submission rather than a defined position, with responsibilities determined based on the candidate’s strengths and potential fit.

The role involves designing user interfaces, contributing to the design system, analyzing user behavior, and iterating on designs to improve user experience.

As a founding brand designer, you will shape Ando's visual language and collaborate closely with the founder to enhance the brand's identity across various mediums, focusing on motion, interaction, and sound design.
