As a Post-Sales Solutions Engineer, you will enhance customer expansion through technical discovery, account strategy collaboration, and managing complex implementations while acting as a technical advisor and mentoring others.

Own lifecycle and customer marketing strategy to nurture leads, run A/B tests, build outbound campaigns, drive retention and expansion, manage HubSpot automation and segmentation, map onboarding journeys, track customer metrics, and run advocacy programs (webinars, case studies, referrals).

Forecast headcount 12–18 months with leadership and finance, build recruiting dashboards and data infrastructure, own employer branding and candidate experience programs, and develop recruiting talent and processes to support rapid growth.
