Manage end-to-end accounts payable: review/process vendor invoices in NetSuite with PO matching, run ACH/wire/check payments, reconcile credit cards and expense reports, assign cost centers/projects, ensure sales/use tax and 1099 reporting, support month-end close and audits, and resolve vendor billing issues with Supply Chain and Warehouse.

Lead steam turbine system architecture, sizing, and integration for heat-to-power and CHP projects. Drive cross-discipline trade studies, OEM/EPC technical interfaces, and field commissioning. Implement AI-enabled engineering workflows to accelerate analysis and optimize design, support project execution, and feed lessons learned into fleet improvements.

Responsible for coordinating engineering resources and ensuring documentation alignment for thermal energy storage projects, supporting project delivery, design reviews, and construction phases.
