Designs and launches production processes, tooling, work cells, safety-critical equipment, and production test systems for next-generation thermal battery products. Partners with design engineering, factory planning, production, and technicians to define build sequences, ensure manufacturability, support gigafactory launch, release work instructions and PFMEAs, maintain stations, troubleshoot issues, and improve safety and production performance.

Lead cross-functional teams to advance international thermal energy storage and power generation projects from concept to commercial contract and final investment decision. Manage project plans, risk mitigation, land control, stakeholder engagement, and permitting while coordinating engineering, business development, legal, and finance workstreams.

Own the company’s financial model, develop scenario analyses, and provide strategic insights for executive decision-making. Support capital raising by preparing investor materials, coordinating due diligence, managing data rooms, and facilitating transaction closing. Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Commercial teams to incorporate business inputs into forecasts and planning. The role requires strong financial modeling, quantitative analysis, communication, and independent problem-solving skills in a fast-moving climate-tech environment.
