Lead technical accounting, US GAAP financial reporting, multi-entity close processes, external audits, investor reporting, and accounting automation. Build and develop the accounting team while partnering with manufacturing, supply chain, and operations to improve data and cost tracking. Own accounting positions from research through audit sign-off across corporate, manufacturing, and project entities.

Own Antora Energy’s product compliance strategy for thermal batteries, including safety cases, certification pathways, codes and standards advocacy, AHJ and NRTL engagement, permitting, and eventual UL/NRTL listing. Translate standards into engineering requirements, coordinate hazard analyses and testing, guide environmental and safety design decisions, and establish company safety policies and risk controls. The role partners across product, engineering, testing, projects, and EH&S, with approximately 15–25% travel.

Leads commercial and project legal execution for energy deployment, including customer and offtake agreements, EPC and O&M contracts, equipment supply, interconnection, site, and partnership agreements. Oversees project financings, tax equity, co-investments, corporate financings, governance, due diligence, outside counsel, and legal process development. Advises executives on transaction structure and risk while building the company’s legal function.
