Builds strategic account plans, develops executive relationships, explains technical concepts, coordinates cross-functional teams, maintains Salesforce pipeline hygiene, and supports customer retention. This primarily outside-sales role requires frequent U.S. travel of up to 50%.

Leads product operations for an assigned Product leader, addressing ambiguous business and product problems through data-informed analysis. Drives cross-functional outcomes across discovery, roadmap planning, go-to-market, and post-launch activities. Aligns stakeholders on metrics, telemetry, and KPIs; synthesizes customer, stakeholder, and performance data into recommendations; promotes AI adoption; standardizes product operations practices; and coaches product teams through training, templates, and documentation.
