Leads the HR technology strategy, roadmap, and HRIS team. Oversees UKG Pro, workforce management, benefits administration, system integrations, HR data infrastructure, security, governance, and reporting. Partners with IT, Data, Finance, Recruiting, Compensation, and People Operations on implementations, acquisitions, and technology initiatives. Establishes scalable processes and documentation while developing HRIS professionals and external partners.

Lead the architecture, development, and scaling of data pipelines and infrastructure for a customer-facing Data Lake platform. Build ETL and ingestion systems using GCP, Debezium, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, BigQuery, Python, Golang, and SQL. Establish engineering standards, deliver strategic projects, mentor engineers, influence cross-functional technical decisions, optimize data services, and shape the platform roadmap.

Leads IT product strategy and delivery using data-driven analysis and business acumen. Oversees complex project lifecycles, aligns technical teams with business stakeholders, manages budgets and timelines, and ensures quality delivery. Coaches and mentors Product Managers, prioritizes initiatives, delegates work, and drives cross-functional alignment across product development and implementation.
