Own Gist’s social media strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Substack, and emerging platforms. Create platform-native content, collaborate with agencies, creators, and influencers, and grow an audience through rapid experimentation. Track engagement and content performance, identify trends, develop scalable content playbooks, and provide insights that inform brand and product decisions. The role requires building a social presence from the ground up in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

Own user and market research for a global consumer content platform. Conduct interviews, analyze competitor products, app store reviews, support feedback, community input, and usage data. Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into product recommendations, roadmap priorities, and retention and engagement initiatives. Partner with Engineering and Operations, identify culturally relevant product opportunities, and present findings to leadership.

Supports the Business Operations team by debugging workflows, reviewing code, maintaining Python and SQL automations, managing GCP services, and supporting Salesforce integrations. Investigates product issues, analyzes experiments and advertising data, identifies system discrepancies, and translates technical findings into actionable requests for Engineering and Operations. The role also requires statistical analysis, AI-assisted code review, prioritization, documentation, and coordination across technical and business teams.
