Create and execute social media content across multiple platforms, produce short-form video and digital assets, monitor cultural and consumer trends, support product launches and campaigns, manage content calendars and creative workflows, research creators and influencers, track engagement, and experiment with AI-powered creative tools to grow Arcade’s brand and community.

Lead research to invent novel vision-language architectures and training paradigms that enable models to evaluate product images (captions, aesthetics, market price). Drive VLM fine-tuning, dataset curation/augmentation, custom metrics, and deployment collaboration to production systems.

Architect and build ML systems for generative AI: design training pipelines, evaluation and serving infrastructure, train and deploy diffusion and LLM models, ensure production reliability, data pipelines, and set technical direction and quality standards across the AI team.
