Lead and manage substation electrical engineering across all voltage classes, coordinating design, estimates, proposals, client engagement, and project execution. Lead enterprise-scale IBM Maximo data migration and transformation workstreams: redesign asset hierarchies, govern master data, define migration frameworks and ETL/ELT architectures, align EAM with ERP/GIS/analytics, advise senior stakeholders, and manage cutover and reconciliation across cloud-based MAS programs.

Lead federal program capture and delivery for US West DoD/Federal clients. Drive IDIQ task order mining, proposal development, client engagement, contract administration, and cross-disciplinary teams to win and execute multi-million-dollar design and construction programs. Lead drainage engineering for roadway projects including bridge hydraulic studies, culvert and closed drainage design, pond design, erosion control, construction plans, cost estimates, reports, QC, proposal/marketing support, team mentoring, and management of up to five engineers using specialized hydrologic and hydraulic software.
