Manage media relations and strategic storytelling for cybersecurity and enterprise technology clients. Drive coverage, thought leadership, and executive visibility; draft press materials; monitor industry trends; manage multiple projects; mentor junior staff; support pitches and new business; and leverage AI tools to improve content and research workflows.

Manage North American client accounts, develop and execute media strategy for product announcements and executive thought leadership, earn press coverage, oversee and coach junior staff (2-4 people), partner with senior leaders on strategy, and apply AI tools and emerging tech to improve writing, research, and workflows. Provide client counsel and ensure high-quality, strategic, creative work.

Manage measurement programs across multiple clients to evaluate earned media, social, influencer, and integrated marketing performance. Build dashboards, run social listening and competitive analyses, define KPIs, deliver actionable insights and presentations, automate reporting and Slack monitoring, train teams, and support new business with research and measurement recommendations.

Manage day-to-day execution for multiple technology client accounts including media relations, content creation, outreach, social media, events, and campaign measurement. Produce press materials, build media lists, coordinate briefings, track coverage, support client meetings, and contribute to strategic planning and new business efforts.
