Teams at Arize AI

Own Arize’s product documentation and build automation to keep content accurate, detect code-documentation drift, test examples, and draft updates. Create tutorials, cookbooks, onboarding materials, and open-source demonstrations for developers and coding agents. Coordinate documentation with partners, frameworks, and course authors; gather community feedback; support marketing content; engage developers at events and online; and prototype product features with the Product team.

Create and distribute technical education about AI observability and evaluation through blogs, tutorials, videos, webinars, courses, conference talks, and workshops. Build demo applications and AI-assisted content production pipelines, adapt research across channels, engage developer communities, and provide product feedback. The role requires strong engineering, writing, speaking, teaching, and presentation skills, plus regular conference travel and occasional evening or weekend events.

As an AI Solutions Manager, you'll nurture AI/ML customer relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure client success through tailored solutions and account management.
