Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative UX research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, participant recruitment, data analysis, and synthesis. The role requires strong software engineering, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, testing, and end-to-end ownership.

Own applied AI models powering Arlo’s smart vision products, including computer vision, vision-language, retrieval, and agent systems. Responsibilities span model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, data curation, embeddings, vector search, inference optimization, production deployment, and telemetry. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring, and end-to-end ownership of scalable AI features across edge and cloud environments.

Leads the architecture and production engineering of Arlo’s AI-native data platform. Builds governed data products, semantic and metric layers, catalogs, metadata, lineage, access controls, ML capabilities, LLM interfaces, and safe cross-store query patterns. Ships production code, tests, CI, and operational systems while driving adoption across Data Engineering, Analytics, Cloud Infrastructure, and Enterprise Applications. Requires deep experience with lakehouse architecture, heterogeneous data integration, AWS, enterprise data modeling, AI/LLM systems, and platform ownership.

Serve as senior technical partner contact to drive adoption of the Arlo Partner Platform. Investigate and resolve complex issues across APIs, services, firmware, and environments. Build partner-facing tools, dashboards, and portals; apply AI/automation to improve enablement and reduce manual effort. Translate partner needs into technical requirements and collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize and deliver platform improvements, reliability, and documentation enhancements.

Lead growth-focused product insights and experimentation for subscriptions: analyze customer journeys, define activation and health signals, design and run experiments, translate results into product recommendations, build dashboards and instrumentation, and partner cross-functionally to optimize conversion, retention, and revenue. Fixed-term (1 year).

Lead end-to-end product experience for the Arlo app ecosystem: define experience standards, synthesize research and data into priorities, write high-quality specs, partner with engineering across the SDLC, run cross-functional ceremonies, and ensure shipped outcomes that improve retention and quality. Fixed-term contract up to 12 months.

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs while ensuring security, scalability, and performance of applications. Collaborate with teams to achieve technology objectives and contribute to architectural decisions.

Own end-to-end cost accounting including standard costing, inventory reserves, period cost reporting, reconciliations, audit support, and process automation. Partner with operations, FP&A, external auditors, and lead/coach cost accounting staff while presenting results to senior management.
