The role involves setting UI/UX direction, collaborating with cross-functional teams, solving complex problems through creative and technical design thinking, and iterating continuously to refine digital experiences. Candidates should bring a strong portfolio, fluency in design and technology, and a passion for challenging conventions and creating innovative products.

Acquire and qualify inbound and outbound business prospects through phone and email outreach. Communicate Arnata’s value, negotiate customer contracts, exceed sales goals, onboard new shipper partners, and help establish sales best practices while representing the company’s mission and product.

Build and deploy AI agents for logistics and transportation across email, phone, and SMS. Improve model reasoning, fine-tune foundational models, integrate AI tools, and create evaluation frameworks for agent performance. Collaborate with engineering, product, and logistics teams to solve complex operational problems. The role requires Python, cloud AI deployment, model optimization, and familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
