What You'll Do as an AI EngineerBuild AI Agents: Design and develop AI systems capable of handling complex, real-world tasks over multiple channels, including email, phone, and SMS.
Advance AI Reasoning: Improve the decision-making and reasoning capabilities of AI agents to handle complex logistics scenarios effectively.
Integrate and Optimize Models: Architect and fine-tune foundational models, integrating them into scalable solutions that address real-world logistics challenges.
Develop Evaluation Frameworks: Create robust metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure and enhance AI agent performance.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and logistics experts to translate domain-specific challenges into innovative AI solutions.
Educational Background: At least a B.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field. Exceptional candidates from other backgrounds will be considered.
Experience with AI Systems: Proven track record of building and deploying advanced AI systems, particularly for applications requiring reasoning and multi-step processes.
Expertise in Model Optimization: Strong knowledge of fine-tuning and optimizing AI models for real-world performance.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to integrate various AI models and tools to solve practical, high-impact problems in logistics.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Proficiency in Python and experience with cloud-based AI deployments.
Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and real-time communication systems is a plus.
