The Head of Growth will develop and execute data-driven acquisition and retention strategies, manage paid social and SEM campaigns, analyze funnel performance, launch growth experiments, and optimize marketing efficiency. This role will build and mentor an internal growth team, coordinate agencies and freelancers, and report on key growth metrics. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of growth marketing experience, consumer brand scaling expertise, strong analytics capabilities, and a hands-on startup mindset.

Design intuitive, elegant, and human-centered product experiences across the full user journey. The role involves setting UI/UX direction, collaborating with cross-functional teams, solving complex problems through creative and technical design thinking, and iterating continuously to refine digital experiences. Candidates should bring a strong portfolio, fluency in design and technology, and a passion for challenging conventions and creating innovative products.

Acquire and qualify inbound and outbound business prospects through phone and email outreach. Communicate Arnata’s value, negotiate customer contracts, exceed sales goals, onboard new shipper partners, and help establish sales best practices while representing the company’s mission and product.
