Own and execute creator and player growth for a two-sided UGC gaming platform. Build creator acquisition systems, run paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google, programmatic), drive SEO, PR, and organic social. Use data and experiments to improve funnels and retention, build dashboards, and create agentic tools to automate work. Hands-on IC role with hiring responsibility as the function scales.

Lead product growth for creators and players by defining metrics, running experiments, and shipping product changes that improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and creator time-to-value. Partner with design and engineering, prioritize high-leverage opportunities across two-sided funnels, and use data, user research, and automation tools to scale successful approaches.

Own and grow the creator community: define metrics, build relationships with top creators, automate creator support (bots/automation), recruit and manage moderators, run events and competitions, manage referral and payout systems, and act as liaison between community and product/marketing while using the product daily.
