Lead engineering for a portfolio of consumer mobile apps, overseeing architecture, hands-on development, shared backend platforms, and reusable components. Manage a small team of mobile and backend engineers while partnering with product leadership on roadmap and prioritization. Use retention and engagement data to guide investment, represent the data apps business with executives, and improve development leverage through shared platforms and AI-assisted engineering.

Own the strategy, roadmap, scientific integrity, and commercial trajectory of Attain’s permissioned data products. Lead data product managers and execution teams responsible for feeds, pipelines, QA, and vendors. Partner with data science to productize marketing science, causal measurement, predictive models, and population projections into licensed feeds and scores. Drive revenue, adoption, methodology quality, privacy compliance, internal customer satisfaction, and executive communication.

Owns Attain’s data science methodology, including causal inference, attribution, incrementality, media mix modeling, audience targeting, and modeled-data validation. Defines defensible measurement standards, partners with Product, Engineering, ML, and commercial teams, presents methodology to clients and partners, manages external consultants, and leads a team of data scientists. The role requires deep AdTech/MarTech experience, strong statistical and ML expertise, executive communication skills, and experience with large-scale consumer data.
