Own strategic enterprise accounts across the full sales lifecycle, from outbound prospecting and executive alignment through procurement, close, expansion, and renewal. Build account plans, quantify ROI, develop internal champions, manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, maintain accurate forecasts, and partner with product and engineering on solution design. The role requires consultative selling, enterprise quota attainment, strategic account expansion, and comfort operating in an early-stage startup environment.

Drive enterprise customer growth using Auxia’s AI platform to improve engagement, activation, and retention. Develop tailored strategies, advise senior stakeholders, analyze performance metrics, translate customer feedback into product requirements, communicate roadmap updates, train clients, support solution implementation, and identify expansion opportunities. The role requires enterprise growth experience, strong communication, analytical skills, familiarity with LLM and agent patterns, and comfort using data and SQL.

Lead enterprise customer implementations and expansions, including system design, platform integration, customization, deployment, and post-launch optimization. Translate partner needs into technical requirements and roadmaps, manage dependencies and risks, develop scalable data integrations using APIs and cloud platforms, and troubleshoot complex issues. Drive program metrics and continuous improvement while serving as the primary technical contact for partners and communicating progress, risks, and technical insights to leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
