About the role

As an AI Product Manager on Auxia’s Customer Impact team, you will play a crucial role in driving transformative growth for our enterprise customers. You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders to understand their objectives and craft tailored strategies that leverage Auxia’s AI-driven platform to optimize customer engagement, activation, and retention. 

You will work alongside our Forward Deployed Engineer to guide clients through solution design, implementation, and optimization phases, ensuring that every engagement delivers measurable impact. As a trusted advisor, you’ll help clients unlock new growth opportunities and maximize the value of their partnership with Auxia.

Responsibilities
  • Develop tailored strategies using Auxia’s AI-driven platform to drive customer engagement, activation, and retention, aligning with each client’s unique goals

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the platform’s capabilities and helping them achieve measurable, strategic results

  • Continuously analyze and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize client outcomes

  • Collaborate with enterprise clients to understand their growth objectives, pain points, and opportunities for improvement

  • Capture and translate customer feature requests into product requirements, and communicate roadmap updates back to customers

  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions, empowering clients to fully utilize Auxia’s platform and drive long-term growth

  • Support our Forward Deployed Engineers to guide customers through solution design and implementation

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by recognizing additional client needs and areas for further partnership expansion

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a consulting, investment banking, or growth role focused on enterprise growth and engagement

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience building relationships and influencing senior client stakeholders

  • Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to derive insights and measure success

  • Comfort with slicing data to investigate and validate impact; comfort with SQL is a plus

  • Familiarity with LLM/agent patterns (tool use, retrieval, guardrails, evaluation)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, or business field
