Lead day-to-day site operations for a client-embedded lab services location, supervising staff, scheduling, inventory control, and client relationships. Drive workflow design and continuous improvement, analyze operational metrics, support CAPA and compliance activities, conduct performance management and hiring, manage budgets and reporting, and serve as escalation point during shift and audits.

Lead and execute Americas EHS&S strategy, manage regional teams, ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA), oversee audits and incident investigations, drive safety culture and continuous improvement, direct emergency preparedness and crisis management, and advance sustainability and ESG initiatives in partnership with operations and leadership.

Sell Avantor products and services to assigned territory: prospect, manage pipeline, develop proposals, execute consultative sales, build customer and manufacturer relationships, meet sales quotas, use company sales processes and tools, and travel to customer sites.
