Lead the Enterprise Platform product area while managing and coaching PMs. Own strategy, customer discovery, product definition, execution, launch, adoption, and learning for APIs, integrations, permissions, governance, audit, workspaces, and reliability. Establish product planning, review, metrics, and decision-making practices across Product, Design, and Engineering, while coordinating priorities across the broader product portfolio and partnering with executive, technical, customer, and go-to-market leaders.

Own the architecture and implementation of production data ingestion systems for manufacturing data. Build scalable backend services and cloud infrastructure using Python, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes; solve integrations across heterogeneous enterprise systems; establish validation, lineage, monitoring, and alerting; and partner with Engineering, Product, and customer-facing teams. Provide technical mentorship, influence system design, and balance rapid delivery with production-grade reliability.

The Senior Product Manager will lead the development of Axion's core platform, collaborating with teams to align product vision and strategy, manage the product roadmap, and ensure impactful product development.

Architect and scale agentic systems powering the Axion platform: own orchestration, memory, retrieval, reasoning, evaluation, and observability. Harden pipelines from messy ingestion to agent-driven root-cause insight, establish rigorous testing for non-deterministic LLM systems, set technical direction, and mentor engineers while partnering with Product and Engineering leadership.

The Senior Director of Customer Success will lead Axion's customer experience, manage a team, oversee strategic accounts, define success metrics, and collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
