Own strategic deployment and adoption of BackOps for large enterprise customers: diagnose operational bottlenecks, design AI-driven workflow redesigns, build multi-phase deployment roadmaps, lead change management and training, partner on integration and data governance, define adoption KPIs, and drive renewal and expansion.

Partner with customers to design, deploy, and maintain adaptive AI agents and production applications that integrate with customer infrastructure. Translate operational workflows into system improvements, build demos/prototypes, debug live deployments, and ensure reliability, safety, and performance while maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Manage a portfolio of customers from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Run strategic check-ins, translate customer goals into product requests, drive adoption and measurable value, identify expansion opportunities, and align stakeholders across product and engineering to ensure customer outcomes.

Build and maintain scalable UI, API, and end-to-end test automation frameworks; create and execute automated regression, functional, performance, and API tests; integrate tests into CI/CD; improve reliability and diagnostics; standardize automation patterns; participate in code reviews and quality initiatives; work cross-functionally to enhance test coverage and strategy.

Own the full technical lifecycle for customers: discovery, demos, POCs, scoping, implementation, and handoff to Customer Success. Translate ambiguous workflows into deployable integrations, configure and deploy solutions, manage project timelines and stakeholders, gatekeep Forward Deployed Engineering, and feed product/engineering with recurring customer patterns.

Own full sales cycle for large strategic accounts, develop outbound/inbound pipeline, close mid-market and enterprise deals, sell to Directors/VPs/C-suite, lead discovery on operational inefficiencies, partner with Solutions/Engineering for technical validation, negotiate MSAs and commercial terms, forecast pipeline, and influence GTM messaging and vertical strategy.

Lead architecture and implementation of scalable full-stack systems powering agentic AI for supply chain workflows. Own POCs, build React front ends and Node.js/Python back ends, collaborate with AI researchers and product, ensure secure code, lead incident response, and manage customer data retention and deletion.

Build and own finance and accounting functions: GAAP-compliant close, AP/AR, billing, cash management, controls, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and partner with leadership on strategic financial planning and fundraising support.

Own full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, product, and adjacent technical roles: source passive candidates, run structured interview loops, track funnel metrics, and close hires while partnering with hiring managers.
