Process PO and non-PO invoices, ensure GRN accounting, handle debit/credit notes, ensure timely vendor payments, obtain vendor balance confirmations, supervise invoice quality checks and approvals, escalate delays, and generate quality and other reports.

Perform machining and visual inspection of parts in an ISO-regulated medical device environment. Program and operate Zeiss CMM, read complex engineering drawings, apply GD&T, document results using Excel/Access, follow procedures, and work independently on multiple assignments.

Develop and modify custom Jive templates for Jive 6.0 using Soy and Freemarker. Translate requirements and wireframes into front-end code (JavaScript), ensuring attention to detail and clear communication.

Design and develop microservices and VNFs for tenant management. Implement VNF configuration audits/validation, network verification testing, and VNF behavior/event watchdogs. Work across layers 1-3, focusing on L3 services, transport multiplexers, and monitoring/analytics. Write scripts (Python) and support VNF lifecycle activities like upgrades and installations.

Design, develop, test, and document Oracle PL/SQL database objects (procedures, functions, packages, triggers). Implement normalized relational models, physical designs, data migration/import/export routines, resolve integration and performance issues, design access controls and workflows, and conduct change impact analysis in an Agile PLM environment.

Analyze demand-supply and ASCP planned orders to plan raw material supply, build spreadsheet forecasting and inventory models, manage safety stock/reorder points, report metrics to stakeholders, and coordinate with operations to resolve escalations.

Provide end-to-end recruitment services: develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, manage interviews, offers, start dates and contracts, liaise with clients and PSL agencies, and deliver timely reporting and market research.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for experienced hires: create job descriptions, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers and onboarding, liaise with hiring partners, manage vendors, and report on sourcing and hiring metrics. Focus on stakeholder and candidate management in a technology or management consulting context, including virtual recruitment environments.

Provide UMIS subject-matter expertise and lead functional requirements, use cases, testing, training, implementation, and ongoing support. Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and IT, document processes, perform QA, coordinate vendors, and deliver stakeholder communications and status reporting.

Develop and document application code, test scripts, and technical solutions. Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and project managers through requirements, design, and deployment phases. Produce technical proposals, application documentation, and other required design and solution artifacts.

Develop and support Oracle Financial Applications (GL, AP, AR, FA, Projects). Perform module configuration, customizations, SQL/PLSQL development, testing, documentation, training, and deployment for Accounting/Finance IT initiatives.

Implement, maintain, and improve EnablOn-based EHS applications. Resolve integration errors, develop reports/queries, ensure security compliance, and work with SQL Server BI (SSAS/SSIS/SSRS).

Evaluate and audit analysts' work for compliance with client policies, complete QA audits, report daily error trends, identify policy gaps, calibrate with vendor and Google teams, and ensure documentation, escalation, and tracking to maintain contractual quality levels.

Lead a team of 10-15 PLM analysts delivering PLM services. Manage ticket-based workflows to meet SLAs and quality targets, define and automate KPIs, map and improve processes, perform root-cause analysis, conduct data analytics and reporting, and coordinate with engineering, PLM, and supply chain stakeholders while resolving escalations.

Execute system verification testing for complex medical diagnostic products (hardware, reagents, software). Follow established procedures, report discrepancies, apply judgment on routine tasks, and work under direction of verification leads to complete assigned test protocols.

Manage large, multi-site, multi-product healthcare IT projects and programs. Coordinate cross-functional teams, communicate with executives, monitor schedules, drive issue resolution and mitigation, enforce PMO best practices, perform QA reviews, mentor project managers, and promote continuous improvement.
