Job Description

Position: Recruitment - Experienced Hire Recruiter

Location: SAN FRANCISCO CA 94105

Duration: 6+months

Rate: $37/Hr on W2

An Experienced Hire Recruiter must meet the recruiting needs of designated hiring entities through managing the end to end process of recruitment in the most cost effective and timely manner possible. Work with hiring Partners/Executives to identify sourcing requirements and strategies to achieve fully sourced Client Group. Will produce clear job descriptions and ensure posting, perform CV selection and screening, interview candidates, act as key contact for all candidates and manage feedback process. Manage the offer and post offer to integration process for all recruits. Manage recruitment vendors effectively. Perform reporting, identify sourcing requirements, advise on the recruitment process, candidate market and offer decision. Communicate job briefings, manage service delivery, negotiate terms and give service performance feedback.

Description/Comment

  • Minimum 2 years Stakeholder Management – Leadership reporting, communication and management
  • Minimum 3 years Full Lifecycle Recruitment – Building JD, sourcing strategy, sourcing, candidate and stakeholder management and strategic initiatives
  • Minimum 2 years Candidate Management – Candidate centric communications and follow-up
  • Previous Technology or Management Consulting Recruitment experience
  • Previous virtual environment recruitment.
