Job Description:

To provide an end to end recruitment service and solutions in line with requirements. Develop recruitment strategies in consultation with stakeholders - advise on subjects such as market rates and trends. Work with PSL agencies to provide the most effective solution to meet client requirements. 1st level candidate screening (reviewing CV's). Communicate results, organise and perform interviews when requested. Manage offers, candidate feedback, start date and contract terms. Provide a client focused approach, delivering a speedy and highly efficient level of service.

Required Skills:

  • Communicate candidate statuses, decisions, and recruiting challenges to leadership via accurate and timely reporting
  • Assist with other recruitment programs and projects as needed
  • Interact on a timely basis with the client to understand specific hiring requirements Basic Qualifications
  • 7 years total experience
  • 4 years agency recruiting experience
  • 3 years technology recruiting experience
  • 3 years direct sourcing Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous recruiting experience preferred; telemarketing experience helpful
  • Apply creative strategies to identify the passive job seeker
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Must be able to multi-task, work independently, have excellent time-management, and thorough documentation skills.
  • Strong professional communication style
  • High proficiency working with Microsoft Office and internet, including social media
  • Conduct market research on employment and industry trends, as well as salary data
  • Technical aptitude to understand web technologies, especially around e-commerce, content management, IT governance, and interactive marketing
  • Ability to deliver information to a variety of audiences effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred Travel Travel as business needs require though minimal travel is expected for this position.
