Leads enterprise identity and data security strategy, governance, risk, compliance, and remediation. Oversees identity lifecycle management, IGA, SSO, MFA, privileged and non-human identities, customer authentication, data discovery, classification, DLP, retention, and secure disposal. Partners with Legal, Privacy, Audit, Engineering, IT, HR, and executives to assess risks, strengthen controls, meet regulatory obligations, and execute multi-year security roadmaps. This is a hands-on individual contributor security leadership role.

Own product analytics for the Accounts Payable product, setting the analytics agenda, defining metrics and OKRs, identifying product opportunities, and influencing roadmap decisions. Responsibilities include experimentation, causal inference, executive reporting, production-grade dbt models, data quality validation, documentation, and AI-assisted workflow automation. The role partners closely with Product, Engineering, and AP leadership and requires confidently presenting insights to senior stakeholders.

Manage FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, operating expense analysis, accruals, prepaids, variance analysis, and month-end close support. Partner with business leaders, Accounting, Procurement, and department heads to guide resource allocation and spending decisions. Prepare executive reporting, analyze vendor spend, and improve finance workflows using AI tools and automation.

Lead technical accounting for revenue recognition, complex transactions, stock-based compensation, and accounting policy development. Serve as the subject matter expert on US GAAP, review complex contracts, prepare technical accounting memos, monitor FASB and SEC updates, and partner with auditors and business stakeholders. The role requires extensive experience in technical accounting, SaaS or fintech revenue models, complex transaction analysis, and communicating accounting conclusions to executives.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, growth, and cross-functional delivery for BILL’s AP and virtual card products. Own the card funnel from acquisition through repeat usage, run experiments, define metrics, build dashboards, and develop business cases using card unit economics. Partner with Engineering, Design, CX, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to launch payment experiences for SMBs, accountants, and suppliers.

Lead BILL’s enterprise business continuity program, critical incident management, crisis response, and risk-based internal audit engagements. Responsibilities include developing BCM policies and recovery plans, coordinating exercises and disruption responses, conducting audits and control testing, validating remediation, reporting risks to leadership, and integrating AI capabilities into monitoring, testing, and reporting. The role requires maintaining audit independence while building strong relationships across business, infrastructure, and security teams.

Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation and post-go-live support across finance processes including R2R, P2P, and O2C. Configure modules, document requirements and functional designs, manage testing, support integrations, resolve issues, and drive enhancements. Partner with Finance, Accounting, auditors, IT teams, offshore technical resources, and business stakeholders. Support financial close, SOX controls, release management, change management, training, and continuous improvement.

Leads product design for BILL’s Spend and Expense products, solving complex customer and business problems from concept through launch. Partners with cross-functional teams, mentors designers, guides design strategy, makes high-impact decisions, and improves product experiences. Uses customer research, experimentation, design systems, AI tools, and feedback to deliver polished, scalable solutions while balancing user needs and business goals.

Build and maintain scalable billing and monetization systems for subscription, pricing, and payment workflows. Develop large-scale applications using Java, AWS, Lambda, event-driven architecture, REST APIs, and GraphQL. Work with multiple databases, implement automated testing, protect data integrity, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-facing pricing and upgrade experiences.

Leads technical accounting for revenue recognition, complex transactions, stock-based compensation, and accounting policy. Advises Sales, Legal, FP&A, and executives on US GAAP compliance; reviews complex contracts and partnership agreements; prepares technical accounting memos; monitors FASB and SEC developments; updates policies; and serves as liaison with external auditors. This individual contributor role requires deep SaaS and FinTech accounting expertise, particularly across revenue, equity, leases, and business combinations.

Owns analytics for BILL’s payments products, setting the measurement agenda, defining KPIs and OKRs, building production-grade dbt models, and conducting experimentation and causal inference. Partners with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and leadership to identify opportunities, improve data quality, automate reporting, and influence roadmap decisions. Leads full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Data Science roles, including sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder advising, offer negotiation, and closing. Develops targeted sourcing and nurture strategies, builds AI-assisted recruiting workflows, maintains applicant tracking data, and analyzes recruiting funnels to improve hiring speed and quality. Partners with hiring managers to calibrate profiles, conduct structured evaluations, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for BILL’s Sync, Integrations, and App Center portfolio. Lead cross-functional teams in developing ERP integrations, APIs, partner ecosystems, and accounting workflows. Drive customer discovery, business cases, experimentation, reliability improvements, launches, and adoption. Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Finance, GTM, and CX to improve retention, revenue, sync success, and connected organizations.

Leads the SMB sales organization, including up to five managers and approximately 42 account executives. Owns pipeline, forecasting, bookings, revenue attainment, hiring, coaching, and high-velocity inbound sales operations. Drives adoption of BILL’s unified financial platform, develops scalable processes, partners cross-functionally on go-to-market execution, and provides market insights to influence product strategy.

Drive new mid-market business for BILL’s AP and cash-flow automation solutions through the full sales cycle. Responsibilities include self-sourcing pipeline, cold calling, consultative selling, product demonstrations, relationship building with financial stakeholders, CRM management, and accurate forecasting. The role requires consistently exceeding sales targets while selling digital payment solutions to finance departments and fintech customers.
