Lead discovery, UX prototyping, and user validation; translate concepts into React-based products; shape marketing and financial strategy, build business cases, and present recommendations to stakeholders while enabling user onboarding.

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and tracking of projects across engineering, data, design, and business teams. Maintain project plans, RAG status, dashboards, and executive reports. Manage risks, dependencies, resources (onshore/offshore), stakeholder expectations, and run status meetings and leadership readouts. Apply Agile/Scrum or Waterfall as needed.

Lead end-to-end enterprise architecture across application, data, integration, and infrastructure layers. Define patterns, standards, and guardrails; design cloud, integration, and deployment solutions; advise on AI/ML/LLM components; ensure data governance and security; present and partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, production-ready systems.
