Lead end-to-end onboarding for enterprise customers: run discovery, design solutions, configure and integrate systems, manage escalations, adopt AI-driven workflows, and ensure fast customer value and successful go-lives.

Own end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise SaaS implementations ($200K-$1M+ ACV). Serve as primary relationship owner for multiple accounts, lead project planning, scope and risk management, drive executive governance, provide technical solution guidance on integrations and APIs, manage data migration and UAT, and mentor delivery teams to ensure on-time, on-budget go-lives and successful handoffs to Customer Success.

Lead technical design workshops and architect end-to-end integrations and data migrations for enterprise Rocketlane implementations. Translate business requirements into implementable integration and configuration designs, produce technical specs and migration plans, advise on integration platforms and authentication patterns, and mentor internal implementation teams.
