Build and maintain the company’s data warehouse, ELT/ETL pipelines, data models, metric definitions, dashboards, reporting, and data quality governance. Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to answer strategic questions and enable data-driven decisions. This role is the company’s first data hire and will establish the foundational analytics architecture and practices.

Own high-volume customer implementations from kickoff through launch, including account configuration, hands-on training, office hours, and early identification of stalled accounts. Maintain clear account documentation for Customer Success, refine training materials based on user feedback, and share product insights with Product and Customer Success. The role supports mid-market construction customers and requires strong organization, communication, and comfort training non-technical field users.

Own project and release coordination across engineering and customer-facing teams. Maintain accurate Linear or Jira ticket statuses, verify bug fixes, coordinate with engineers, identify risks and delays, and create clear launch communications. Build release checklists that involve marketing, customer success, sales, and customers. Serve as the escalation point for disagreements about whether issues are resolved. The role is based onsite in San Francisco.
