Teams at Bobyard

Own the architecture and development of Bobyard’s core platform across React, Django, PostgreSQL, and cloud infrastructure. Build scalable APIs, data models, frontend features, and production systems across AWS and GCP. Lead cross-functional technical initiatives, establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, contribute hands-on across the stack, and improve performance and operational reliability for computer vision and construction estimation workflows.

Own and grow a named enterprise account portfolio across construction trades and general contractors. Build outbound pipeline, run complex multi-stakeholder SaaS sales cycles, structure paid pilots, close annual agreements, and expand accounts across offices, trades, and teams. Partner with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and leadership while managing procurement, legal, security reviews, forecasting, and customer feedback.

Serves as Bobyard’s first legal hire and central point of contact for legal matters. Responsibilities include negotiating and redlining customer agreements, managing outside counsel and legal spend, maintaining contract templates and company terms, assessing privacy and commercial risks, and building scalable legal intake, clause playbook, and contract management systems. The role requires 0–3 years of experience in legal operations, commercial contracts, or transactional law.
