Manage and maintain formularies and drug list databases for Commercial, Exchange, and Medicare lines. Serve as subject matter expert coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to implement, validate, and audit formulary changes, ensure regulatory compliance (CMS, DMHC), prepare submissions and collateral, maintain procedures and job aids, create reports, and support claims validation and operational workflow improvements.

Support Medicare compliance through risk-based monitoring, audits, and reviews of Medicare Advantage and Part D marketing and member materials; submit materials to CMS/DHCS as needed; document risks and mitigation plans; monitor corrective actions; advise business units on regulatory updates; manage department activities and calendars; prepare analyses and reports; participate in projects.

Lead design and delivery of scalable cloud data lakes, warehouses, and marts. Build high-performance ELT/ETL pipelines, apply Data Vault/dimensional modeling, enforce data quality, lineage, and governance, champion DataOps/CI-CD, mentor engineers, and enable AI/ML-ready data products on platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or Synapse.
