Lead daily accounting operations, including general ledger and bank reconciliations, cash reporting, inventory, tax compliance, financial statement analysis, audit support, and multi-state payroll journal entries. The role supports the Controller and CFO and requires advanced Excel, ERP, and payroll platform expertise.

Supports sales, business development, and fabrication teams through equipment take-offs, custom HVAC and fluid-handling engineering, technical submittals, and design documentation. Reviews construction plans and specifications, creates P&ID and 2D/3D project drawings, develops equipment control schemes, maintains NSF and UL compliance, participates in client and pre-production meetings, and conducts occasional job-site visits.

Territory-focused sales role supporting HVAC&R and commercial plumbing customers: gather product specs, interpret bid documents, create quotes and submittals, maintain Salesforce records, build relationships with engineers/architects/end-users, provide technical support, and collaborate with quoting and service teams.
