Translate decarbonization and building-management challenges into scalable solutions, prioritize roadmaps, engage customers, establish AI infrastructure, monitor product KPIs, and partner with go-to-market teams. The role requires shipping LLM-powered products, influencing cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and driving customer-centric product launches.

Build customer-facing backend features using Django, optimize application performance, reduce technical debt, and collaborate closely with teammates. The role requires Python web development, computer science and algorithm fundamentals, strong research and debugging abilities, sound technical judgment, and ownership of work from development through delivery. This is an in-person position in Kitchener-Waterloo, New York, or San Francisco, with authorization to work in the US or Canada and ability to travel between both countries.

Operate at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy: own AR/AP and payroll-adjacent execution, financial modeling and budgeting, HubSpot RevOps support, vendor and IT management, ISO 27001/SOC 2 compliance evidence gathering, cross-functional coordination, hiring/onboarding logistics, and analytical projects to drive company performance.
