The Role

Cambio is looking for a Senior to Lead level Product Manager to lead the development of AI features that cut across workstreams, starting with an MCP integration and a customer workflow builder, and serving as a model for how the rest of the org builds with AI. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record of shipping LLM-powered products, who thrives at the intersection of product strategy and customer value.

This is a high-impact role critical to driving our mission to decarbonize commercial real estate at scale.

What you will be doing

  • Translate real-world decarbonization and building management challenges into scalable solutions that deliver measurable value.

  • Prioritize ruthlessly to balance long-term growth bets with near-term product impact.

  • Work collaboratively across customer success, sales, and partnerships to ensure roadmap alignment with customer and market needs.

  • Build the shared AI infrastructure other teams build on as a byproduct of shipping real features, and get them to adopt it.

  • Customer-Centric Product Design: Engage with customers to deeply understand their pain points and needs. Use this insight to inform product design and development, ensuring that our solutions are not only functional but also delightful to use.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to inform product decisions. Set and monitor KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement, including model quality, evals, latency, and cost.

  • Go-to-Market Execution: Partner with GTM Teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches that resonate with target customers.

  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, managing expectations and providing regular updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B Saas, with 2-3 of those years shipping LLM-powered features to customers.

  • Customer Focus: Proven track record of delivering customer-centric products that solve real-world problems. Experience engaging with customers and translating their needs into product features.

  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Experience leading product development in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience using analytics to inform product strategy and measure success.

  • Team Player: Commitment to the team's success and collaborative working style.

Logistics:

  • Work Authorization: Authorization to work in the United States.

  • Location: Must be based in San Francisco or New York City. We are a hybrid team with a 2-3 days in office policy.

  • Compensation: This role is currently set at a salary range of ~$175,000-$190,000 plus equity.
