Teams at Canadian Centre for Architecture

Provide front-line Tier 1 and 2 support to students and faculty for desktops, peripherals, lab printers, and software. Maintain and manage computer labs, printers/plotters, A/V equipment, and deployments. Perform hardware/software installation, patching, troubleshooting, and inventory management. Deliver in-person and remote support, document procedures, and provide user training and communications. Assist system administrators with testing and routine maintenance.
