Lead system-level electrical architecture and advanced PCBA design for next-generation EV charging platforms. Define board architectures, integrate embedded processors, high-speed interfaces, power electronics, analog sensing, and motor control, and guide products from concept through high-volume manufacturing. Partner with software, mechanical, and thermal teams, establish testing and documentation standards, resolve complex hardware issues, evaluate technologies, and mentor hardware engineers while optimizing reliability, cost, and scalability.

Design and develop high-power AC/DC and DC/DC systems, multi-level converters, and grid-tie inverters for EV chargers. Lead product design across modeling, component selection, schematics, PCB layout, embedded controls, magnetics, thermal engineering, compliance, and DFM. Collaborate with mechanical, software, and test teams to bring reliable power electronics products to market and resolve architectural, laboratory, validation, and production challenges.

Lead development and execution of global sourcing strategies for electrical commodities (displays, sensors), consolidate suppliers, manage key vendor relationships and risks, drive cost optimization, align R&D with preferred suppliers, support NPI transitions, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to ensure supply security and product launch readiness.
