Lead electrical system architecture, design, testing, and manufacturing for high-voltage DC fast chargers. Own subsystem interfaces, technical trade-offs, DFMEA, fault analysis, protection-device selection, regulatory alignment, and validation plans. Collaborate with power electronics, firmware, hardware, thermal, quality, reliability, regulatory, and test teams. Diagnose hardware issues using laboratory equipment and guide products from concept through volume production and field deployment.

Leads consolidated corporate FP&A, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, long-range planning, cash forecasting, board reporting, executive decision support, and departmental spending analysis. Develops financial models for strategic initiatives such as M&A, capital raises, pricing, and investments. Partners with executives and business leaders, supports investor relations and earnings calls, and streamlines FP&A processes through automation.

Architects and develops high-power AC/DC and DC/DC systems for EV chargers, including multi-level converters and grid-tie inverters up to 200 kW and 2000 VDC. Owns product design from modeling, component selection, schematics, PCB layout, controls, magnetics, thermal design, compliance, and manufacturability through validation and production. Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver reliable power electronics products and resolve system, laboratory, and test issues.
